Cricket Size Guide
Use this guide as a practical starting point when choosing cricket equipment. Player height and body measurements are generally more useful than age alone, and individual products can vary in fit.
Cricket Bat Sizes
Junior bats normally progress through Sizes 0–6, followed by Harrow and adult Short Handle bats. The table below is a general starting point.

Batting Pads
Batting pads should protect the knee and shin correctly without restricting movement. Junior, youth and adult labels are useful starting points, but use the specific measurements shown on the product where available.
Batting Gloves
Batting gloves should fit securely without excessive space at the fingertips. Check the individual product sizing because junior, youth and adult fits can vary between models.
Helmets & Protective Equipment
For helmets, thigh guards, arm guards and other protection, use the measurement guidance supplied with the individual product. Protective equipment should fit securely without restricting normal movement.
