Placing an Order

Products can be added to your basket and purchased through our online checkout.

Once an order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm and process the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

Returns & Cancellations

Returned products must normally be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging with tags and accessories included.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.

Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Schools, clubs, coaches and other organisations may contact us regarding larger orders, quotations, purchase orders or tailored equipment packages.
