Purchase orders & payment terms

Approved organisations can request purchase-order ordering. We confirm the quotation, availability, delivery details and agreed payment terms before accepting the order.

30-day payment terms may be available after organisation verification and a separate credit review. They are not automatic and must be agreed in writing.

Include your PO reference and finance contact when ordering. A purchase order is not a payment or confirmation of credit approval.

Schools, academies, colleges, sports clubs and coaches can apply. We verify your organisation and purchasing authority before approving trade access.

Can we order using a purchase order?

Yes, subject to account approval and agreed terms. We will confirm how to submit your PO and order details after reviewing your application.

Are 30-day terms guaranteed?

No. Net 30 is considered separately after verification and credit review. Your written approval will state any terms and limits. Until then, payment is required under the normal ordering terms.

Will applying create immediate B2B access?

No. Submitting this form does not approve an account, enable trade pricing or grant credit. We review every application manually.

Can we order for more than one site?

Yes. Add your locations and delivery requirements to the application. We will confirm the authorised buyers and delivery arrangements.

Is there a fixed trade discount or minimum order?

Pricing and any minimum quantities are confirmed in your quotation or approved account terms. Bulk savings depend on products and quantities.

Can we buy before our trade account is approved?

You can use the standard website ordering route and pay at checkout. Trade pricing, PO ordering and credit arrangements apply only once separately confirmed.
