Splay makes purchasing sports equipment straightforward for approved schools, clubs and organisations. Once your trade account is approved, you can browse our products, build your order online and submit it for review using your organisation’s purchase-order process.
Apply for a Trade Account
Complete our short registration form. We’ll verify your organisation and confirm your account approval, normally within two working days.
Shop Online
Sign in to your approved account, browse our sports equipment and add the products and quantities you need to your basket.
Submit Your Order
If purchase-order ordering has been enabled for your account, follow the ordering process confirmed by Splay to submit your order for review. Have your official PO reference ready.
Splay Reviews & Confirms
We’ll review your order, stock availability, delivery requirements and payment arrangements before confirming acceptance and next steps.
Have the following information available when placing your order:
Check that the details saved in your account are correct. You do not need to resend information already stored there unless it has changed or we request clarification.
Trade account approval does not automatically provide purchase-order privileges or credit facilities. Purchase-order ordering and payment terms are subject to separate approval by Splay.
Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment may be required before dispatch.
Submitting an order for review does not mean that the order has been accepted.
